At AS Pet World, we strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items such as perishable pet food or open packages are not eligible for return unless received damaged.
How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo proof of the damaged or incorrect product.
Once verified, we will provide return instructions or schedule a pickup, depending on your location.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may return it after delivery if it meets our return criteria.
